Glen Wynne is a traditional Lakeland stone property dated from around 1860. Glen Wynne is centrally located in Windermere, a 20 minute walk to the lake and Ambleside, Grasmere and Kendal are all within a 20 minute drive, along with several good walks especially Orrest Head with breathtaking views over the lake. Local eateries and bars such as Windermere Speakeasy, Villa Positano, Tapios and the Boardwalk all come highly recommended.
